Our background
Built on senior experience across education, skills and human resources.
Avuma was founded by Luvuyo Mkangelwa after more than a decade in senior management roles with two private FET and higher education institutes.
That experience is complemented by membership of SETA chambers, service as a former board member of the Black Management Forum, and human resources management in the private sector.
Purpose

Avuma partners with private sector organisations, SETAs, TVET colleges, higher education institutions, government departments, state-owned entities and development agencies to design, implement and manage workforce development programmes.
